Andreas Moberg will present a recent article (accepted for publication in Tidsskrift for Rettsvitenskap nr 2-3/2023) where he explores the potential benefits of drawing inspiration from other disciplines than law in an attempt to develop legal methodology. The article is an outcome of the LaSE project on ”Legal Framework for Civil Contingency and Preparedness” (https://lawsocietyextraordinary.net/lase)
